Warm Spinach Salad Recipe

Warm Spinach Salad Recipe - 6 servings

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup sake

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite-size pieces

1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Method:

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, sake, sesame oil and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes. Put spinach and mushrooms into a salad bowl. Toss with warm dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at once.
