Summer Fruit Salad Recipe

Summer Fruit Salad Recipe - 2 servings

Ingredients:

3 leaves red or green leaf lettuce

1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

3 large ripe strawberries, thinly sliced

3 sliced fresh peach

1 slice fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

1 small wedge cantaloupe, cubed

1 small wedge honeydew melon, cubed

1 small wedge watermelon, cubed

Method:

Layer the lettuce on a chilled dinner plate. Spoon yogurt into individual custard cup or souffle bowl, place on center of side of plate. Surround with fresh fruits.
