Stir-Fried Snow Peas Recipe

Stir-Fried Snow Peas Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 pound snow peas

Method:

In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil, garlic, ginger and red snapper, saute 2-3 minutes. Add snow peas. Stir fry 2-3 minutes or just until crisp-tender.
