Stir-Fried Broccoli Recipe

Stir-Fried Broccoli Recipe - 4 servings


1 bunch broccoli

1 tablespoon olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 drops hot chili oil (La Yu)

Black pepper to taste


Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces. In a covered vegetable steamer basket over boiling water, steam broccoli 1 minute. In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil. Add broccoli and stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli. Toss with chili oil and black pepper.


Variation : Substitute cauliflower for broccoli.
