Stir-Fried Broccoli and Cauliflower with Red Peppers Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil 2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups cauliflower florets 1/4 cup chicken broth, preferably homemade 1 cup red pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch strips |

Method: Place nonstick wok or skillet over high heat. When wok is hot, add olive oil and sesame oil. When oils are hot, add broccoli and cauliflower, stir-fry, uncovered for 1 minute. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Add red peppers. Cover and cook one minute longer, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. |
