Steamed Snow Peas Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound snow peas

1/4 cup Chicken Stock

Method:

Snap ends of snow peas and remove strings. Heat stock in a wok, stir in snow peas. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes, or until peas are deep green and crisp-tender.

 

Variation : In a covered vegetable steamer basket over boiling water, steam snow peas 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
