Sesame Spinach Recipe - 2 servingsIngredients: 1 bunch fresh spinach 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 4 teaspoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds |
Method: Wash spinach in ice water, remove thick stems. Pat dry, tear into bite-size pieces. Toss with sesame oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame seeds. Toss again.
