Roast Potatoes with Rosemary Recipe

Roast Potatoes with Rosemary Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

4 new potatoes, scrubbed and halved

2 teaspoons olive oil

Garlic powder

Powdered rosemary

Black pepper

1/4 cup water

Method:

Brush potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and black pepper. Arrange cut side up in shallow roasting pan. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan. Roast at 375oF 40-60 minutes, or until tender.
