Pan-Steamed Asparagus Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed 2 tablespoons water 1 fresh lemon, cut into wedges |
Method: Wash and trim asparagus. In a nonstick skillet, heat water to boiling. Add asparagus spears. Cover tightly and steam over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes, or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Shake occasionally. Serve with lemon.
