Pan-Fried Potatoes Recipe

Pan-Fried Potatoes Recipe - 4 servings


1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

3 large baking potatoes, unpeeled and diced

or thinly sliced

Black pepper to taste


In a nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 10-15 minutes. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes, turning frequently. Remove lid. Cook 10-15 minutes, or until nicely browned. Sprinkle with black pepper.


Serving Suggestion : The olive oil increases calories from fat. Keep this in mind and allow for it when planning the remainder of the meal.
