New Potatoes with Sour Cream and Dill Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound small new potatoes, unpeeled

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 green pepper, thinly sliced into rings

1 cup nonfat sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or 1/4 teaspoon dried

1/2 teaspoon or less salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:

Scrub potatoes, boil or steam until just tender. Place whole or sliced into a serving bowl, tuck onion and green pepper slices among potatoes. Combine sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Pass with potatoes.
