Ingredients:

1 cup torn red leaf lettuce

1 cup torn fresh spinach

1 cup torn romaine lettuce

1/4 cup Tarragon Vinaigrette

1/2 cup heart-healthy croutons

4 crab legs for garnish

Method:

Toss greens with vinaigrette. Top with croutons. Garnish with crab legs.
