1 large red pepper

1 large yellow pepper

1 large green pepper

1 medium white onion

1 medium red onion


Wash peppers and remove seeds. Cut into 2-inch chunks. Peel onions and cut into 2-inch cubes. Arrange peppers and onions on skewers. Grill over hot coals about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
