Grilled Herbed Tomatoes Recipe - 6 servings


3 large ripe tomatoes, halved

1/4 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon powdered rosemary

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3 cloves garlic, slivered


Brush tomato halves with olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Divide slivered garlic among tomatoes, pushing each sliver all the way into the tomato. Grill herb side up 8-10 minutes.
