Green Beans, Tomatoes, Artichoke and Mushroom Salad Recipe - 10 cups


1 pound fresh green beans, chooked

14 1/2 ounce can water-packed artichoke hearts

8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, steamed 2-3 minutes, sliced

1/2 cup Tarragon Vinaigrette

15 cherry tomatoes, chilled


Drain beans, artichokes, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Chill. Just before serving, moisten with dressing, toss with chilled tomatoes.
