Ingredients:

1/2 pound fresh green beans

1 2-ounce jar pimiento strips, drained

Method:

Microwave or steam green beans until crisp-tender. Drain. Arrange in symmetrical bundles of three on a serving tray. Place a pimiento strip around the center of each bundle.
