Green Chili and Tomato Salad Recipe - 9 1/2 cup servingsIngredients: 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped 4-ounce can chopped green chilies 4 green onions, chopped 1 bunch leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms, steamed 2-3 minutes 1/2 cup commercially prepared oil-free Italian dresssing |
Method: Combine tomatoes, green chilies, and onions. Chill for 3 hours. Just before serving, toss tomatoes, chilies, onions, and lettuce with mushrooms. Drizzle with dressing. Toss. |
