Bean Sprout Salad Recipe - 8 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound bean sprouts

3/4 cup sliced water chestnuts

3 stalks celery, thinly sliced

1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced into strings

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

Method:

In a bowl, combine bean sprouts, water chestnuts, celery and green onions. Blend vinegar and soy sauce. Toss with vegetables.
