Baked Squash Recipe

Baked Squash Recipe - 4 servings


1 pound Hubbard squash

1 tablespoon tub-style light margarine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper


Wash squash, cut into halves or squares, remove seeds, brush with light margarine. Place cut side down in a shallow pan. Bake at 350oF for 30 minutes, turn. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
