Artichoke Hearts with Lemon, Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 14 1/2-ounce can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons olive oil

Method:

Cut artichoke hearts into quarters. Squeeze lemon juice over. Heat garlic with olive oil in a nonstick skillet, add artichokes with lemon and toss gently to coat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat, or just until warm.
