Pastina in Brodo Recipe - 8 cups


2 quarts Chicken Stock

1 cup egg pastina, alphabets, ancini pepe, orzo or other tiny pasta shapes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


In a stock pot, heat stock just to boiling (do not boil). Stir in pastina. Reduce heat, simmer 6-7 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle with parsley.
