Egg Drop Soup Recipe - 5 1-cup servings


4 cups reduced-fat chicken broth

1 egg, beaten

6-8 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

4 green onions with tops, thinly sliced


Heat chicken broth to boiling. Pour egg through a wire strainer into hot broth. Ladle broth into soup bowls, add 1 to 2 sliced cherry tomatoes and sliced green onion to each bowl. Serve at once.
