Chicken Noodle Soup  Recipe - 5 quartss


12 cups reduced-fat chicken broth, preferably homemade

1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken

4 cups cooked egg pastina, alphabet pasta, or orzo


Heat broth to boiling, add chicken and pastina. Heat and serve.

Note: Ronzoni brand ancini pepe pasta is a good alternative to egg pastina or alphabets.
