Watermelon Ice Recipe

Watermelon Ice Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

3 cups watermelon flesh

1/3 cup sugar

Juice of 1 large orange

Method:

Puree watermelon in a blender, add remaining ingredients and whirl 3 to 4 minutes. Process an ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions, or pour into a large bowl suitable for freezing, and follow instruction for freezing and beating ices.

Serving Suggestion : Spoon into cantaloupe or honeydew boats. Garnish with fresh mint.
