Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie Recipe - 8 servings


1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

3 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup sliced strawberries

2 easy pastry crusts, unbaked


In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add fruit and toss to cost. Let stand 20 minutes. Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate. Adjust top crust, flute edges and prick. Bake at 400oF 40-45 minutes.
