Raspberry Puree Recipe

Raspberry Puree Recipe - 4 cups

Ingredients:

2 pints fresh or frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Pinch granulated sugar

Dash Kirsch liqueur (optional)

Method:

Wash and hull fresh berries. In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients and puree until smooth. Chill.
