Method: In a bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour, and mix with apples. Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate. Adjust top crust, flute edges, and prick. Bake at 450oF 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375oF and continue baking 40-50 minutes.
