2 cups brewed espresso coffee

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup whipped cream topping


Combine brewed coffee and sugar. Pour into a large mixing bowl suitable for freezing. Follow instructions for freezing and beating ices. Spoon into stemmed glasses. Garnish with topping.

Variation : To save time, use pressurized prepared light whipped cream topping.
