1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/3 cup nonfat milk

3 tablespoons safflower oil


Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix milk with oil, add to flour. Using a fork or pastry blender, work dough into a ball. Drop by spoonfuls onto fruit cobbler.
