Stir-Fried Chicken Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 1 pound chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1 tablespoon sake 2 tablespoons potato starch 2 teaspoons olive oil |

Method: Cut chicken breasts into cubes or strips. Toss with sake. Sprinkle with potato starch. In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 8-10 minutes or until done. |
