Roasted Herbed Turkey Breast Recipe - 1 servings


3 pounds fresh turkey breast

Extra-virgin olive-oil cooking spray

2 heaping tablespoons fresh rosemary

2 heaping tablespoons chopped fresh sage





Spray turkey breast on both sides with olive-oil spray, about 5 seconds or until coated. Rub turkey with rosemary and sage. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika for color. Position turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast at 325oF for 1 1/2 hours or until juices have no trace of pink, a meat thermometer should register 170oF.
