2 pounds fresh turkey breast

1 cup Hot Chili sauce

1/2 cup Chili Salsa


Roast turkey on a rack in a 350oF oven for 1 1/2 hours, baste with 1/2 cup Hot Chili Sauce. Cook 45 minutes more until turkey is cooked, basting frequently. In a small saucepan, combine remaining 1/2 cup Chili Sauce with Chili Salsa and heat. Pass the sauce with turkey.
