Grilled Chicken with Salsa Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: Juice of l large lime 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved 1 cup commercial or homemade tomato salsa |
Method: In a medium bowl, pour lime juice over chicken and marinate at room temperature 1 hour, turning to coat. Drain off marinade. Prepare coals and cover the grill with foil. Grill chicken over hot coals 10-12 minutes on each side or until done. Place chicken on serving plates and drizzle salsa over top. |
