Grilled Chicken with Fresh Lime Recipe - 1 servings

Ingredients:

3 whole chicken breasts, halved

2/3 cup fresh lime juice

Juice of 2 lemons

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:

Remove skin from chicken, bone if desired. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a covered jar, shake. Pour over chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill chicken over medium-hot coals about 50 minutes. Baste with marinade and turn frequently during cooking.
