Easy Chicken Recipe

Easy Chicken Recipe - 4 servings


15-ounce can chicken broth or 2 cups homemade

2 cups water

1 pound chicken breasts, skinned and boned,

or chicken tenderloins


In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Add chicken and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken and reserve stock for later use. If chicken is to be used for sandwiches, cool 10 minutes and tear into strings or slice diagonally across top.
