Chicken Black Bean Burritos Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

8-inch tortillas

2 chicken breasts, prepared as for Mexican Chicken

1/2 head lettuce, shredded

1/2 cup Black Bean Dip

1/2 cup Chili Salsa

Method:

Heat tortillas. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Arrange lettuce, chicken and bean dip on serving platter. Accompany with salsa and warm tortillas. To prepare burrito: Spoon bean dip along center of each tortilla. Divide chicken among tortillas and top with lettuce. Fold opposite sides of each tortilla over filling. Fold ends over folded sides.
