Pasta with Marinara Sauce Recipe

Pasta with Marinara Sauce Recipe - 15 servings

Ingredients:

2 pound can plum tomatoes, diced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon cider vinegar

1 pound package spaghetti, rigatoni, rotini or penne pasta, cooked al dente

Method:

In a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil and black pepper. Simmer 20 minutes (do not allow to boil). Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
