Noodle Casserole with Tuna Recipe - 8 servings


1 pound elbow macaroni

2 103/4-ounce cans reduced-fat Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup nonfat milk

6-ounce can water-packed tuna

8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained

2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat Cream of Chicken Soup, gradually stir in nonfat milk and cook, stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gently stir in tuna, water chestnuts and the cooked macaroni. Transfer t a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 375oF for 15 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serve at once.
