Macaroni with Chicken and Beans Recipe

Macaroni with Chicken and Beans Recipe - 12 servings


1 28-ounce can plum tomatoes, diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

2 small garlic cloves, minced

1 pound chicken breast, skinned, boned, cooked, and diced

2 15-ounce cans kidney beans, drained

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni


Combine tomatoes, salt, dry mustard, chili powder, and garlic. Simmer uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes. Add chicken and kidney beans, heat just to boiling. Just before serving, stir in macaroni. Heat to serving temperature.
