Veal Chops with Lemon and Pepper Recipe - 4 servingsIngredients: 4 small veal chops 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1/2 fresh lemon, cut into wedges |

Method: Arrange veal chops in a shallow dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, black pepper and parsley. Marinate 2 hours. In a nonstick skillet over high heat, cook veal chops 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove veal to a platter. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each chop. |
