Shish Kebab Recipe

Shish Kebab Recipe - 4 servings


2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 tablespoon or less salt

1 pound lamb loin, cut into1-inch cubes

2 green peppers, seeded and quartered lengthwise

12 cherry tomatoes

8 water-packed artichoke hearts

12 fresh mushrooms

1 onion, cut into wedges

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks


Combine oil, wine, lemon juice and salt, pour over lamb and vegetables. Arrange lamb, vegetables, and pineapple alternately on skewers. Grill over hot coals or broil 4-6 inches from heat, basting frequently and turning often, until lamb is done.
