Roast Veal with Rosemary and Garlic Recipe - 8 servingsIngredients: 2 pounds veal loin roast, boned 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper 8 cloves garlic 8 sprigs fresh rosemary |

Method: Rub roast with black pepper. Insert garlic at intervals over roast. Tuck sprigs of rosemary in with the garlic. Roast on a rack in a 325oF oven about 30 minutes per pound or to desired doneness. |
