Roast Lamb with Juniper Berries Recipe - 6 servings


1 leg of lamb, about 2 1/2 pounds

Garlic powder

Black pepper

Powdered rosemary

1/2 cup dry white wine

15 whole juniper berries


Rub lamb generously with garlic powder, black pepper and rosemary. Place roast on wire rack in roasting pan. Pour wine into bottom of pan. Add berries. Roast at 350oF 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is roasted to desired doneness.
