Grilled Veal Tenderloins Recipe

Grilled Veal Tenderloins Recipe - 4 servings


2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 pound veal tenderloins


In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, garlic and seasonings. Pour marinade over veal and marinate in the refrigerator 6-8 hours. Remove from marinade and thoroughly drain off excess. Prepare coals and cover the grill with foil. Grill tenderloins over hot coals 5-6 minutes or to the desired doness.
