Grilled Veal Burgers Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound extra-lean ground veal

4 French rolls

1 sliced white onion

8 red lettuce leaves

1 sliced tomato

Method:

Press ground veal into 4 patties. Grill over hot coals or broil on a rack 3 inched from heat for 4-6 minutes on each side. Turn when juices begin to form on top of meat. Place patties on French rolls with onion, lettuce, and tomato. Serve.
