Barbecued Hamburgers Recipe

Barbecued Hamburgers Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound extra-lean ground round

4 French rolls or hamburger buns, warmed

4 tomato slices

8 lettuce leaves

4 white onions

Method:

Press ground round into patties. Grill over hot coals or broil on a rack 3 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes on each side. Turn when juices begin to form on top of meat. Place patties on warm French rolls or buns with tomato slices, lettuce, and onion. Serve immediately.
