Scallops and Shrimps with Risotto Recipe - 1 servings


1 recipe Risotto Milanese

1/2 pound scallops, thawed if frozen, cut into halves if large

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

2/3 pound shrimps, cooked, shelled and deveined


Prepare Risotto Milanese according to instructions. While risotto is cooking, in a nonstick skillet, saute scallops in olive oil 4 minutes then add shrimp and cook 2 more until scallops are tender and shrimp are heated. Mound risotto in center of serving platter, surround with scallops and shrimps.
