Orange Roughy Recipe

Orange Roughy Recipe - 4 servings


Juice of 1 lemon

1 pound orange roughy fillets

1 fesh lemon, quartered

Black pepper to taste


In a large skillet, heat lemon juice. Add orange roughy. Cover and poach 3-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with fresh lemon and black pepper.

Serving suggestion : Accompany with Vermicelli-stuffed tomatoes.
