Grilled Halibut Steaks with Rosemary and Mustard Recipe - 4 servings

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

3/4 teaspoon powdered rosemary

1 pound halibut steaks or fillets

Method:

Combine mustard and rosemary to make a sauce. Rub sauce into fillets, let stand 20 minutes.

Cover and grill grid with foil and prepare coals. Grill halibut over hot coals 5-6 minutes. Turn, cook 2-3 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
