Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe

Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe - 4 servings


4 6-ounce lobster tails

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 tablespoons dry white wine

2 fresh lemons, cut into wedges

1 bunch fresh parsley for garnish


Split lobster tail lengthwise halfway through the body, spread tail open. Remove whole meat from tails. Bend shells backward until cracked in several places. Replace meat in shells. Insert skewers lengthwise between shell and meat to prevent curling. Base with olive oil. Grill over hot coals for 5-10 minutes on shell side, turn and cook 5 minutes longer on flesh side. Baste with wine the last 2 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley.
